FOUNDATION:-
Green Wood Public School was established in the year 1994 under Gurbachan Kaur Hundal educational society with a motive to provide high quality education and nurturing with paramount values and multivalent competencies. The school follows proactive approach to education and its foundations are based on the philosophy that quality education requires consistent efforts and new directions in the area of teaching and learning. We value individualism, creativity and innovation and inculcate , wisdom, compassion and humanitarian spirit in our students. We ensure that every child is given an opportunity to explore, experience and in turn enrich himself/ herself. At greenwood education is looked upon as holistic learning experience to help children to develop qualities of head, hand and heart which will make them self-reliant individuals, fine human beings, socially aware, compassionate and kind, having pride in their country.
